The wedding Day

Planning for your wedding day film starts from the moment your date is booked with us. 

Initially we will get some information from the couple such as church details (if applicable) venue details, and details of other key suppliers such as photographer. 

Month before the wedding day

Four weeks before your wedding day, we request a meeting with the couple. At the meeting we will go through the general plan for the wedding film, the format it will take, etc. At the meeting the couple can provide input of what is important to them. Form example, they may request the special attention and coverage be given to individual guests, such as grandparents, etc. For such requests, we request that we have a contact person on the day in guide is to the correct people. This is normally a member of the wedding party.

Week before wedding

We will be in contact to confirm all details regarding the day such as our arrival time, service, reception dinner and speech timings.

Wedding Day

We will arrive and the bride and/or grooms location to get footage of them the morning of their wedding as they get ready for the big day. 

We will then move to the location of the wedding service where we capture guests and the wedding party arriving, and record the entire wedding service. 

We will following the wedding party from the service to their photoshoot and then onto their reception, where we capture all the important, and many silly moments of the day. 

We conclude the wedding shoot after the speeches, first dance, or even later, depending on our couples needs.
