MMCWEDDING FILMS – €500 COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY
• Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 and over.
• Entrants must be planning a wedding taking place in 2027.
• While residents of Northern Ireland are eligible to enter this competition, MMC Wedding Films will not provide coverage for any part of a wedding day taking place in Northern Ireland. All elements of the wedding day, including (but not limited to) preparations, ceremony, reception, and evening celebrations, must take place entirely within the Republic of Ireland (excluding islands).
• Employees of MMC Streaming Ltd, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD
• Competition opens: 7th February 2026
• Competition closes: 28th February 2026 at 23:59 GMT
• Winner announced: 2nd March 2026
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:
• Follow @mmcweddingfilms on Instagram
• Like the competition post
• Tag someone who is getting married or an engaged couple in the comments
Bonus entry available by:
• Sharing the competition post to Instagram Stories and tagging @mmcweddingfilms
Private accounts:
Entrants with private Instagram accounts must send a screenshot of their Story share via Direct Message to @mmcweddingfilms to ensure their bonus entry is recorded. Failure to do so may result in the bonus entry not being counted.

4. MULTIPLE ENTRIES
• Each unique tag counts as one entry.
• Participants may tag multiple people or couples to receive multiple entries.
• Sharing to Stories provides one additional bonus entry, regardless of how many times shared.
• Duplicate tags of the same account will only count as one entry.

5. THE PRIZE
• One winner will receive €500 off any MMC Wedding Films package.
• The prize is a discount credit of €500, applied to the total cost of a wedding film package.
• This prize is only valid for wedding film packages with a published base price of €1,500 or more at the time of booking.
• The €500 credit is a discount on the total package price. A standard booking deposit may still be required to secure the wedding date, with the €500 discount applied to the final balance.
• The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• The prize is valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or previously confirmed MMC Wedding Films bookings.
• The prize must be redeemed for a wedding date in 2027 only.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• Only one €500 voucher may be used per wedding booking.
• If the package price after applying the €500 discount results in a remaining balance, the winner is responsible for paying this balance.

6. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS, TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION CHARGES
• This prize is valid only for weddings taking place in the Republic of Ireland.
• MMC Wedding Films will not travel to, film, or cover any portion of a wedding day taking place in Northern Ireland, even if other parts of the wedding day occur in the Republic of Ireland.
• The prize does not cover weddings on any islands, including but not limited to the Aran Islands, Achill Island, Valentia Island, Cape Clear Island, or any other offshore islands.
Mileage Charges
• Mileage charges apply at €1 per kilometre for each kilometre outside a 50km radius from Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon.
• Mileage is calculated as a round trip from Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon to the wedding venue(s).
Overnight Accommodation Charge
• For weddings located 160km or more from Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon (one-way), an additional fixed overnight accommodation charge of €200 will apply.
• This charge is in addition to mileage charges and covers overnight accommodation and associated costs.
• The accommodation charge applies regardless of whether accommodation is provided by the couple or booked independently by MMC Wedding Films.
• The winner is responsible for paying all applicable mileage and accommodation charges in addition to any remaining package balance.
Example:
A wedding venue located 120km from Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon would incur a mileage charge of €70 each way (total €140).
A wedding venue located 160km or more from Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon would incur applicable mileage charges plus a €200 overnight accommodation charge.

7. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & AVAILABILITY
• The winner must book their wedding film within 3 months of being notified (by 2nd June 2026).
• All bookings are strictly subject to availability.
• MMC Wedding Films cannot guarantee availability for any specific wedding date.
• If the winner has already set a wedding date and MMC Wedding Films is unavailable on that specific date, the prize will be forfeited. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (but is not obligated) to select a runner-up. No cash, alternative prize, or compensation will be offered.
• If availability exists, the winner must pay any remaining balance and applicable travel and accommodation charges in accordance with standard MMC Wedding Films payment terms.
• All standard MMC Wedding Films Terms & Conditions apply to the booking.

8. WINNER SELECTION
• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the announcement on 2nd March 2026.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond, declines the prize, or cannot meet the booking requirements, a new winner may be selected.
• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner will be announced on the @mmcweddingfilms Instagram page on 2nd March 2026.
• The winner’s Instagram handle may be shared publicly.
• By entering, participants consent to their name/handle being published if they win.

10. DATA PROTECTION
• Personal data collected will only be used for administering this competition.
• The winner’s contact details will be used solely to arrange their wedding film booking.
• MMC Streaming Ltd will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
• Data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws.
• Participants have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
• Instagram/Meta is released from all liability by each entrant.
• Any questions or concerns should be directed to MMC Wedding Films, not Instagram.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• MMC Streaming Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
• MMC Streaming Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Entries made using automated systems, bots, fake accounts, or multiple accounts will be disqualified.
• MMC Streaming Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
• No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• There is no alternative prize available.

• MMC Streaming Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.
• MMC Streaming Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred by entrants in connection with entering the competition.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• By entering this competition, the winner agrees that any wedding film created as part of this prize may be used by MMC Wedding Films for promotional purposes, including social media, website galleries, and marketing materials, in line with standard MMC Wedding Films usage practices.
• MMC Wedding Films retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the wedding film footage and final edit.
